Les Défis Qui T’attendent
- Effectuer toutes les tâches administratives afin de soutenir le directeur : gestion des courriels et de l’agenda, gestion des factures, suivi et mise à jour des comptes clients.
- Gérer quotidiennement les appels et les rediriger au besoin aux bonnes personnes, traiter le courrier du centre, faire la petite caisse, effectuer les dépôts, gérer les comptes à payer, procéder aux réclamations de fret et aux résumés quotidiens des livraisons.
- Signaler au directeur toute anomalie administrative et recommander les améliorations afin d’assurer des processus administratifs fiables et efficaces.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe afin de bien comprendre les opérations du centre, de connaître les produits et les fournisseurs et de bien maîtriser les systèmes utilisés.
- Coordonner des évènements ou des projets ponctuels : salons, évènements client, etc.
