We are looking for a professional and friendly Reception / Front Desk Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients while supporting daily office operations.

• Full-time, on-site position (no hybrid)
Responsibilities
• Greet visitors and clients professionally
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Manage reception area and office supplies
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Schedule appointments and meeting rooms
• Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email systems
• Previous reception or administrative experience is an asset
