Account Executive - Business Development at EY
EY
Enhance client relationships in the role of Account Executive within EY's Business Development team. Focus on collaboration and innovative solutions to promote client satisfaction. This critical position involves working alongside Client Partners and Engagement Delivery Partners to drive revenue for key accounts. Your responsibility will include understanding client strategies and delivering customized engagement to meet their unique needs. You will also promote effective communication and continuous improvement strategies to enhance the client experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for key accounts and clients
- Develop insights into client businesses and tailor strategies
- Lead initiatives that enhance client engagement
- Work with internal teams to boost account performance
- Monitor and report on client account activities and metrics
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree required
- 10+ years relevant experience preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability in complex account management
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
