Phoenix Residential Society, Oak Program Supervisor- The Oak Program Supervisor works under the direct supervision of the Director of Staff Development and is responsible for the supervision of staff, the day to day operations and coordination of services dedicated to the recovery of individuals serious and persistent mental health issues. The supervisor will take a leadership role in the ongoing planning and evaluation of programs and services to improve the quality of life of the Oak residents in conjunction with the management team and other colleagues in the community. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience working with individuals of serious mental health disorders, demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent writing, assessment, research and strong computer literacy skills. In addition, the successful applicant must have strong clinical skills related to addictions, mental health and working with individuals with a disability through a trauma-informed, person-centred, culturally sensitive lens. All applicants must have a valid Saskatchewan Driver's License and provide a Criminal Record Check from the last 6 months. Only successful candidates will be notified for an interview the week of June 15th.
