Program Specialist

Join our team as a Recreation Program Coordinator supporting aquatic, sport, fitness, and special event programming within a dynamic facility environment. In this role, you will help plan, deliver, and evaluate programs while supporting daily operations and staff coordination. Reporting to the Sportplex Supervisor or Leisure Centre Supervisor, you will work collaboratively to ensure programs meet community needs and contribute to a safe, engaging, and well managed facility.
What You Bring - Post secondary education in Recreation, Kinesiology, or a related field with experience in aquatic or recreation services- Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to manage programs and schedules
- Experience supervising staff and supporting training and development
