Edmonton Industrial Engineering Technologist Job

Master Flo Valve Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineering Technologist in Edmonton, AB. Use your skills to improve manufacturing processes and drive operational efficiency. In this full-time, permanent role, you will focus on maximizing resource utilization through cost analysis and process improvements. You’ll lead initiatives in Lean Manufacturing and 5S while establishing work standards and analyzing project impacts. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to increased productivity and quality consistency. Key Responsibilities:

• Measure efficiency through Time and Motion Studies
• Develop operating systems to reduce costs
• Introduce KPIs to monitor and improve processes
• Coordinate production systems for maximum effectiveness
• Design ergonomic workspaces to enhance worker comfort

• Graduate from an Engineering Technology program or equivalent
• 6–12 months of relevant experience, or 3–5 years in similar roles
• Knowledge of SAP ERP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
