About the Opportunity – Senior Full-Stack Software Developers – Hiring Immediately
Vinetra Talent has partnered with a fast-growing, mission-driven EdTech scale-up that is disrupting K-12 school division operations across Canada.
We are hiring for Senior Full-Stack Software Developers to help lead the design and evolution of core services powering their platform.
This is an opportunity to step into a modern cloud-native environment. You will work in a microservices environment where you are trusted with true ownership and autonomy across services and features.

The Tech Stack You’ll Own
- Backend: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web APIs, Entity Framework Core.
- Architecture: Distributed Microservices, Temporal Workflows, REST APIs.
- Frontend: Next.Js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn/UI.
- Data & Monitoring: GCP (GKE), Docker, Terraform, ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic.
What You Will Do
- Architect & Build: Design, build, and maintain backend services, distributed microservices, and asynchronous workflow automation systems.
- Elevate Engineering Standards: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a strong focus on long-term quality, review code, and mentor developers.
- Collaborate: Partner closely with frontend, product, QA, and DevOps teams to define and deliver clean API contracts.
- Optimize: Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, production incident resolution, and ongoing platform optimization.
What We Are Looking For
- Deep Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience, with extensive experience designing and maintaining distributed or microservice-based systems.
- Technical Core: Solid experience with C# and .NET, including ASP.NET Core and .NET Core Web APIs.
- Data Mastery: Strong hands-on experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, paired with solid automated testing strategies (unit and integration).
- Modern Tooling: Hands-on experience with Docker, containerized development workflows, and modern Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
