Hybrid - Bartender and Server

We are looking for a service professional capable of embodying this standard by ensuring excellence in the customer experience. Through the preparation of quality cocktails, attentive and personalized service, and a dynamic and polished presence, this person will contribute to making each visit a unique experience while effectively supporting operations and teamwork.

Responsibilities

·       Welcome guests with professionalism, attention, and courtesy to offer a warm and memorable experience

·       Ensure smooth, precise, and personalized service both in the dining room and at the bar

·       Prepare and serve drinks, cocktails, and dishes according to established quality standards

·       Advise customers on menus, beverages, wines, and pairings to enhance their experience

·       Anticipate customer needs and respond to requests with efficiency and discretion

·       Contribute to creating an elegant and immersive atmosphere by embodying the establishment’s identity and values

·       Perform rigorous setup and maintain clean, organized, and welcoming workspaces at all times

·       Adhere to hygiene, health, safety standards, and company service standards

·       Ensure effective communication with kitchen, service, and bar teams to guarantee a harmonious customer experience

·       Accurately process transactions and payments

·       Answer phone calls and greet customers at the entrance when required

·       Participate in inventory management and ensure appropriate use of products and equipment

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

·       Relevant experience in hospitality, beverage service, or high-end establishments; experience in fine dining or cocktail bars is a significant asset

Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide a personalized and memorable experience

·       Knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and other beverages, along with a strong interest in gastronomy and the art of service

·       Knowledge of service techniques, hospitality skills, and ideally, the basics of mixology

·       Ability to handle delicate situations, complaints, and special requests with professionalism

·       Excellent communication skills, active listening, and ability to read customer needs

·       Keen attention to detail, elegance, and quality of service

·       Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic and demanding environment

·       Developed teamwork spirit while demonstrating autonomy, initiative, and versatility

·       Exemplary professional attitude characterized by dynamism, charm, integrity, organization, and responsibility

·       Ability to accurately process monetary transactions

·       Knowledge and application of workplace health and safety standards, hygiene, and sanitation

·       Bilingual (French and English) required; knowledge of other languages is an asset
