We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
-Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tasks and to be able to use the accounting information to play a significant role in the financial & investment decision making.
-Develop budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage office budgets, including expense tracking, purchasing, and invoice processing.
- Supervise and support administrative staff, providing training and development as needed.
- Ensure all departments align with the established objectives
-Lead and manage projects to ensure completion on time and on budget, with the overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, vendors, etc
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and organization.
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for executives.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives and staff.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
-Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite- Proven experience in an office management role or similar position- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
