Job Description
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day manufacturing and engineering operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Develop and execute operational and strategic plans aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, quality standards, and operational performance.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Manage budgets, resources, and deliver on P&L responsibilities.
- Partner closely with other business functions to streamline workflows and support scalability.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, innovation, and operational excellence in a growing environment.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven leadership experience as a Director of Operations or senior operations leader.
- Strong background in heavy manufacturing, preferably within:
- Rail industry
- Automotive industry
- Industrial or engineered manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated experience managing complex production operations.
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility.
- Solid understanding of industrial processes, safety and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
