Are you an experienced MES Developer passionate about transforming manufacturing operations through cutting-edge technology? We’re looking for a talented professional to design, develop, and support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications that drive efficiency and quality in a dynamic environment. This is your chance to work on impactful projects in a role that bridges the gap between manufacturing teams and advanced technical solutions.

Duration: 12 + Months
Location: Remote in USA
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Over 7 years of hands-on software development experience, preferably within MES or manufacturing environments
- Strong expertise in Java, C++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, JSP/CSS, SQL Server, DB2, Angular 5, Power Apps, and Azure DevOps
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver technical solutions
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks; SAFe experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations beyond MES applications
- Experience with Tomcat, IIS, Hibernate/Entity Framework
- Knowledge of process improvement initiatives and cross-functional team engagement
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in software development roles with a focus on MES systems or similar manufacturing software
Additional Requirements:
- Travel may be required for on-site collaboration or client meetings, depending on project needs
