As the Manager, Talent Products you'll lead the team responsible for turning Figma's most complex hiring challenges into simple, scalable solutions. You'll shape the future of how recruiting works by owning the strategy and roadmap for our global hiring processes, programs, technology, and AI-native workflows.

You'll bring product thinking to the full recruiting experience; setting priorities, improving how we operate, and making critical decisions about where we build, buy, integrate, automate, or simplify. This is a highly cross-functional, player-coach role for someone who loves solving hard problems, developing great teams, and turning ambitious ideas into products that make hiring faster, easier, and better for everyone who touches it.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for our global recruiting processes, programs, technology, data, and AI-enabled workflows
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team while remaining hands-on in solving our most complex and important problems
• Design and evolve a standardized end-to-end hiring process that balances speed, quality, consistency, compliance, and candidate experience
• Turn business priorities and user needs into scalable recruiting programs and product solutions with clear measures of success
• Lead the evolution of our recruiting technology ecosystem, including decisions about what to build, buy, integrate, automate, simplify, or retire
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities that improve productivity, decision-making, and the overall hiring experience
• Partner across Recruiting, People, IT, Legal, Security, and the business to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive adoption

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 8+ years of experience in recruiting or people operations, technology, or a related product or operational function
• 3+ years of experience directly managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
• Proven success building and scaling global recruiting processes, programs, and technology
• Strong product management skills, including strategy, roadmapping, prioritization, requirements definition, and measuring outcomes and experience influencing and collaborating with stakeholders of all level across technical, operational, and business functions
• Experience designing AI-enabled recruiting workflows, automation, or decision-support tools and deep knowledge of recruiting systems, integrations, analytics, and data governance

Pay Transparency Disclosure

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.

Figma provides paid sick leave, holidays, and other leave benefits in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the requirements of the Washington Minimum Wage Act and related regulations. Exempt employees are eligible for employer‑provided paid flexible PTO in addition to flexible paid sick leave. PTO is subject to manager approval. Additional benefits may include company recharge days, cell phone and home internet reimbursements, and a number of lifestyle spending accounts. Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles. All compensation and benefits are subject to applicable plan terms and may be modified by Figma at any time, consistent with applicable law.

Annual Base Salary Range:

$204,000—$296,000 USD
