Coordinateur de Préqualification Bilingue Stantec

Ce rôle crucial exige une expertise en gestion de documents et une communication efficace avec les sous-traitants. Le Coordinateur de Préqualification Bilingue travaillera étroitement avec les équipes projet et les représentants des sous-traitants. Ce poste est idéal pour un individu avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience en administration de projet et une connaissance approfondie des exigences de préqualification. Vous devrez également veiller à la conformité des documents et assurer un contrôle de données rigoureux. Key Responsibilities:
- Soutenir l'équipe projet dans la préqualification des sous-traitants
- Communiquer et coordonner avec les sous-traitants pour rassembler les informations nécessaires
- Surveiller et intégrer les changements d'exigences
- Gérer et maintenir des contrôles de données précis
- Évaluer les documents clés pour conformité aux normes de Stantec
- Bilingue français-anglais
- Excellente communication écrite et verbale
- Connaissances en recherche et conformité
- Maîtrise des outils Adobe et MS Office
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en administration de projet
