Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will lead the software engineering function encompassing web and digital development, enterprise applications, and quality assurance. Key responsibilities include establishing engineering standards, modernizing technology platforms, and enhancing delivery metrics. You will also play a crucial part in building and maturing DevOps capabilities and ensuring overall operational stability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a high-performing Software Engineering organization
• Drive modernization initiatives across digital and core systems
• Establish engineering standards and continuous improvement practices
• Lead quality assurance transition to automated testing
• Build engineering capability through hiring and mentoring
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years in software engineering leadership
• 5+ years leading engineering teams
• Proven experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software governance
