BIS Safety Software is a fast-growing technology company providing leading software for the safety industry. We are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our expanding team.

At BIS, we know that great teams are built with purpose. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment , lives to connect with people, and has an eye for spotting talent that fits not just the role, but the team and company culture too.
This role is hands-on and high-impact. You'll be a core player in our recruitment engine, spending your days reviewing resumes, conducting interviews (8–10 on busy days), and partnering with hiring managers to ensure that every candidate experience reflects our brand, energy, and values.
This position is in-person at our Sherwood Park office.
