Administrative Officer Prescare Nursing and Healthcare Staffing Location Moncton, NB Salary 30.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week Full time Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, on call Starts as soon as possible Benefits: Health benefits, other benefits In-house position at the agency Languages English Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Medical office management/administration Health services administration Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting Private sector Responsibilities: Implement new administrative procedures Review and evaluate new administrative procedures Delegate work to office support staff Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Carry out administrative activities of establishment Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, reLocation , equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Perform data entry Train staff Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Resolve conflict situations Monitor and evaluate Oversee payroll administration Manage contracts Ensure compliance with government regulations Manage home care cases Assess, document and optimize the capacity and performance of information and communication system networks Prepare reports for senior management Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets Supervision More than 20 people Credentials Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses First Aid Certificate Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge Kronos MS Excel MS Office MS Outlook MS PowerPoint MS Windows MS Word Google Drive Additional information Security and safety Bondable Criminal record check Transportation/travel information Own transportation Work conditions and physical capabilities Ability to work independently Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Attention to detail Large workload Personal suitability Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Flexibility Organized Reliability Ability to multitask Time management Adaptability Integrity Team player Benefits Health benefits Dental plan Health care plan Vision care benefits Other benefits Free parking available On-site amenities Until: 2026-05-17
