Controller-Plant Opportunity at Revival Gourmet

Revival Gourmet Foods is seeking a Controller for its plant, offering a unique opportunity to work remotely while leading financial management in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. This role emphasizes strategic financial oversight and operational efficiency. As the Controller, you'll partner with site leadership to provide in-depth financial analysis and strategic guidance. Your background in accounting and finance will drive the development of the Annual Operating Plan and various financial strategies, ensuring the plant's profitability. Your leadership will be vital for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining internal controls. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner for financial modeling and analysis
• Manage the financial review processes, including variance analysis
• Direct budgeting and forecasting efforts for the plant
• Oversee product costing and inventory management procedures
• Implement cost-out initiatives and operational KPI tracking

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably industrial
• Strong MS Excel expertise and proficiency in Office applications
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to the plant quarterly
