Onsite Deskside Support Technician Toronto

Compugen Inc

Deliver exceptional support as a Deskside Support Technician with Compugen in downtown Toronto. This role focuses on providing VIP support, technical expertise, and coordination for onsite service tasks. Compugen is seeking a skilled Deskside Support Technician to enhance user experiences with their top-tier assistance. You will serve executives and VIP users by resolving technical incidents, troubleshooting devices, and coordinating with service desk staff. Your position will also involve onboarding and offboarding users while maintaining high standards for service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Provide white glove support for executives and VIP users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Coordinate resolution of escalated technical incidents
Support onboarding and offboarding of users
Maintain documentation and ticket handling in ServiceNow

Requirements:

Technical diploma or degree in Computer Science
Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
3 years of deskside support experience
A+ certification preferred; ITIL certification a plus
Strong Windows OS troubleshooting skills
