Director of Operations for International Estates

Lead an international residential portfolio as the Operations Director, overseeing teams and property management for a globally prominent principal. Drive operational excellence and team performance across multiple locations. As the Operations Director, you will take full ownership of a global residential property portfolio. Your leadership will ensure consistent service standards, effective team management, and seamless operations across properties. Experience in luxury hospitality or private residential management is essential to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop teams to ensure high-performance standards
- Oversee a standardized operational framework for properties
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure budget discipline
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
- Build robust operational systems and policies from the ground up
- At least five years in property or luxury hospitality management
- Experience managing teams of ten or more
- Proven vendor management skills with budget accountability
- Proficiency with AI tools in an operations context
- Strong English communication skills, additional languages preferred
