- Ensure smooth operation across multiple international locations
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality or private residential management
- Experience leading teams of ten or more
- Proven ability in vendor management and budget oversight
- Familiarity with AI tools in operations
- Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial
