Director of Telecommunications DevOps

- Define and implement the DevOps strategy aligned with business goals
- Build a high-performing DevOps organization focused on automation
- Promote best practices across development and operational teams
- Establish KPIs to measure software quality and delivery velocity
- Ensure the adoption of Agile and CI/CD methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years in software engineering or DevOps
- 5+ years managing technical teams
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles
- Experience in deploying solutions in production environments
