This role requires a strategic leader to drive the implementation of a modern DevOps framework, focusing on scalability and high-quality service delivery. Collaboration with product management and customer-facing teams will be essential for success. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and a deep understanding of DevOps principles, such as CI/CD practices and cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Define the DevOps strategy to enhance telecom solutions
- Create high-performing teams focused on automation and reliability
- Advocate for DevOps culture across development and support areas
- Identify and integrate technological innovations
- Establish relevant KPIs to track operational performance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
- 10+ years in tech or product development
- At least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proficient in DevOps practices and methodologies
- Experience with AI tools in DevOps
