Your contributions to the team

• Participate in the evaluation and recommendation of cutting‑edge technology acquisition opportunities for machining, sheet metal, composite, and assembly sectors, enabling the organization to achieve technological excellence
• Manage initiatives related to continuous improvement in manufacturing and assembly processes
• Contribute to defining project delivery strategies: scope, content, resources, schedule, cost, risks, quality management, communications, and training
• Manage activities across all project phases: feasibility study, project charter and business case, acquisition, implementation, and production launch
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource availability
• Prepare and present project status updates to various management levels
• Align the work of involved resources and act as an interface between different matrix organizations
• Manage change requests occurring during project execution
• Develop risk management plans, including mitigation strategies
• Participate in problem‑solving and recovery plans
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes

How to thrive in this role?

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automated Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant experience
• Interest in managing complex projects in the aerospace industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational abilities
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes (an asset)
• Strong analytical skills
• Passion for achieving technological excellence
• Ability to work in both English and French, verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of MS Project (an asset)

• Duration: 8 months
• Flexible workplace: Hybrid

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
