In this role, you will :

• Manage inventory processes, stock replenishment and supply order.
• Coordinate procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and vendor management.
• Act as the primary liaison with vendors and warehouse operations to support product availability, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
• Manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, SOPs, operational resources, and process updates to ensure information remains current and well governed.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational standardization across the team.
• Develop operational, inventory, procurement, and service delivery reporting to support decision-making and compliance requirements.

What we are looking for:

• Qualifications include a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in operations, inventory, procurement, logistics, or business support and a 1-2 year post-secondary certification/diploma and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint is required.
• Ability to identify, investigate and analyze problems, identify root causes and risks, and apply technical, functional and organizational knowledge to develop solutions.
• Communication skills, diplomacy and empathy to interpret information and deliver advice, clarify client or stakeholder needs, offer solutions, and resolve escalations in new or somewhat sensitive situations.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process creation and/or improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

Working conditions

• The majority of work will be conducted from an office-like setting.
• Some domestic or international travel to generally safe locations; exposure to moderate adverse conditions requiring attention to personal safety.
• Work requires the ability to work to multiple, conflicting deadlines.
