Reporting to the Superintendent, the Equipment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination and administration of the jobsite equipment and vehicles.  

Location:  Abbotsford Fleet Facility 

What You'll Do Here:

• Coordinate equipment rentals for project sites, including sourcing, tracking, and reconciliation.

• Maintain equipment inventories and asset records.

• Prepare reports on equipment utilization, variances, mileage, and other key metrics.

• Manage equipment allocations, transfers, and adjustments.

• Support equipment onboarding, offboarding, and annual registrations.

• Partner with shop and field teams to ensure equipment availability and compliance.

• Coordinate GPS/telematics installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.

• Conduct site audits and provide guidance on equipment processes and procedures.

• Support operations teams across British Columbia and other regions as required.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Knowledge of construction equipment and fleet management practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in equipment, fleet, or project administration is an asset.
• Ability to learn new systems and software, including SAP.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

The expected pay range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience and unique skills.
