Network Programs Coordinator

We are looking for a Network Programs Coordinator who'll report to the Manager, Global Network Programs, to help us coordinate the operations of our Dealer Certification program. In this role, you will have a major impact on the execution of a key program related to our dealer network. You will be at the forefront of supporting this program with our sales force and ensuring the quarterly process runs smoothly.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Operational Management: Coordinate day-to-day operations and the quarterly closing process for the Dealer Certification program in North America.

• Advisory Expertise: Act as a reference and expert to answer program-related questions.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment and smooth operations.

• Tools and Documentation Management: Maintain operational documentation and tools for the sales force and dealer network.

• Network Communications: Coordinate the drafting and distribution of program update communications to the dealer network.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Three (3) years of relevant experience.

• Spoken and written languages: English and French; the ability to communicate with colleagues outside of Quebec on a daily basis.

• Strong planning, organizational, and priority management skills.

• A strong ability to work in a team and collaborate across various functions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships of trust.

• Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and a high degree of autonomy.

• The ability to work in a hybrid model at the Sherbrooke site 50% of the time (5 days every 2 weeks).
