Part-Time Live Out Nanny

We are a family of four with two daughters, ages 6 and 4, looking for a reliable part-time live-out nanny to join our family starting September 1, 2026. Both parents work shift schedules, so we need flexible childcare support for approximately 20–30 hours per week. The schedule will vary from week to week, but it can be provided well in advance, even up to a year ahead if needed. Care may be required on weekdays and occasionally on weekends. The earliest start time would be 6:00 am, and the latest evening shift would end around 8:30–9:00 pm. Most weekday shifts will likely be only a few hours at a time, while some weekend days may be longer. Our youngest child is in half-day preschool, and our oldest attends Grade 1 full-time. We are looking for someone who is comfortable caring for children in the 3–5 and 6–9 age ranges and who can help with daily routines such as getting the children ready, bathing and dressing, preparing meals for the kids, helping with homework, and keeping the kitchen tidy. Light housekeeping related to the children would also be appreciated. Because the children also attend extracurricular activities, transportation will occasionally be part of the role. A valid driver’s license is required, and our family can provide a vehicle for use on the job for school or activity drop-offs and pick-ups.
