Full time Nanny to cover shift work schedule plus occasional overtime

I am returning to work in April 2027 and require a nanny for my child who will be 18 months old. My work schedule is 3 days 3 nights 6 off. It is a 12 day rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays. I am required to occasionally work forced overtime as needed, the minimum notice I get is 2 days but I try to keep an eye on the schedule so I can plan ahead. Care schedule would be 5:30am to 7:30pm for day shift coverage and 24hr care for night shift coverage. Work would look like 3 days, half day off, then 3 days of 24hr coverage, then 5.5 days off. Live in or live out available, we have a basement 2 bedroom rental suite. One room is rented to a commuter shift worker on a similar schedule to mine. Vehicle can be provided for nanny use. Childcare expectations are playing, feeding, clothing, cleaning up after, naps and sleeping, hygiene, adventuring and exploring, reading … (Full-Time, Live-In, Live-Out) For morning, day, evening, night (for weekends)
