Senior Delivery Lead for Growth and Retention

Lead all operational facets of Canada’s G&R programs

Coordinate training and monitoring for partner agents
Design and implement incentive programs and performance audits

Requirements:

Over 5 years of experience in customer success or SaaS
Proven track record with retention and commercial metrics
Expertise in managing outsourced delivery performance
Ability to influence peers across various markets
Strong verbal and written communication skills
