The role involves hands-on tax work, file management, and mentorship for staff, aiming for high-quality, compliant deliverables. Key Responsibilities:
- Directly engage in tax operations and client deliverables
- Allocate and monitor team workload efficiently
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards
- Assist in resolving client and CRA issues timely
- Maintain team productivity and quality assurance
- At least 5 years of relevant tax preparation experience
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Working knowledge of iFirm preferred
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced contexts
- Flexibility for occasional evening hours
