Maple Bay Financial Corp. seeks licensed Life Insurance Advisors for a fully remote, 100% commission-based sales position. You will identify protection needs, recommend suitable solutions, and guide applications from consultation through close. The work emphasizes client service, follow-up, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone consultations with life insurance prospects
- Assess needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Present products and provide quotes
- Guide clients through application processes
- Manage opportunities and records in CRM systems
Requirements:
- Valid life insurance license where Maple Bay operates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence with telephone-based sales
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Comfort with CRM systems and technology
