Senior IAM Manager at VARITE

Lead impactful IAM projects as a Senior IAM Manager with VARITE. This position requires extensive project management experience and knowledge of SAP segregation of duties to ensure successful initiative delivery. As a Senior IAM Manager within VARITE’s CISO IAM organization, you will drive complex projects from inception to completion. Your role involves managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring engagement with stakeholders through clear communication. The ideal candidate navigates project dynamics and fosters alignment with business strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed project plans and allocate resources efficiently
- Align project objectives with broader business strategies
- Manage risks and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Enforce deadlines and oversee project execution
- Prepare comprehensive reports for upper management
- Solid expertise in Project Management within IAM
- Familiarity with SAP segregation of duties
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to meet organizational standards consistently
