- Achieve KPIs related to revenue and profitability
- Ensure exceptional service meets resident expectations
- Recruit and mentor facility staff effectively
- Develop budgets and manage financial performance
- Lead marketing strategies to drive sales targets
- Degree in Business, Hospitality or Sales
- Seven years in Hotel or Hospitality industry
- Two years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
