Join a agile environment as an IT Contract Manager, operating in a hybrid mode out of Toronto. Our client is searching for a Senior Manager for Contracts Management in the Enterprise Platform Services domain. This role is a 12‑month contract that will leverage your experience in IT contracts, vendor governance, and strategic sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for contract requests, including MSAs.
- Negotiate and execute contracts while ensuring internal compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract lifecycles proactively.
- Evaluate third‑party vendors and analyze proposals.
- Report key vendor management metrics for analysis.
Requirements
- Solid experience in IT contract negotiation and management.
- Background in technology procurement and supplier governance.
- Familiarity with infrastructure and data center services.
- Proficient analytical and communication skills.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field preferred.
