Auxo is hiring a Head of Product for an AI-native fintech platform building digital teammates that automate finance and back-office work.

You’ll own product strategy, portfolio direction, and roadmap decisions across a growing suite of AI products. The focus is on determining where the business should place its product bets, helping shape commercial strategy, and building the product organization that will scale the platform over the next few years.

This is a highly strategic leadership role where you’ll work directly with founders, mentor Product Managers, and help turn a promising AI platform into a meaningful revenue-generating business.

What You’ll Do

• Own product strategy and roadmap across the product portfolio
• Determine product investment priorities and strategic bets
• Drive customer discovery and market validation
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and product narratives
• Partner with GTM on pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies
• Lead portfolio expansion and evaluation of recent product opportunities
• Mentor and develop two Product Managers
• Establish product management standards and operating rhythms
• Partner closely with founders, engineering, and GTM leadership
• Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions across teams
• Help scale the business from a single product into a multi-product platform

Who You Are

• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• 2+ years managing or mentoring Product Managers
• Experience owning product strategy, portfolio planning, and prioritization
• Experience leading SaaS products or multi-product platforms
• Experience working directly with customers and market-facing teams
• Strong product positioning and storytelling capabilities
• Experience partnering with founders, GTM leaders, and engineering teams
• Fintech, financial operations, accounting software, ERP, payments, or related domain experience
• Experience operating in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
• AI fluent and actively using AI tools in your workflow
• Robust commercial and business mindset
• Comfortable operating in rapid-moving, ambiguous environments
