We are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at Powersports Regina.
As the accounting clerk, you will support the Controller in day to day needs. Experience with the following will be expected:Accounts Payables & Receivables
- input & process invoices from suppliers
- track outgoing payments to vendors & suppliers
- track incoming payments from customers
- match invoices due to outgoing cheques Reconciliation
- process & record daily transactions from our Parts, Service, and Sales departments
- record & deposit transactions from the Sales department
- match & reconcile bank statements to identify and resolve any discrepancies Data Entry & Record Keeping
- accurately log financial date into databases
- accurately update & maintain ongoing daily spreadsheets Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
Organization & attention to detail
Communication skills
Previous experience working with PBS is an asset, but not required Education:
Minimum 1 year experience working as an Accounting Clerk
Accounting/Bookkeeping Certificate is an asset as we will train the right individual.
