Registry Services Clerk

ISC is looking for a temporary Registry Services Clerk for up to 2 years to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

Reporting to the Operation Manager, Common Registry Services, the Registry Services Clerk is responsible for the processing and back-office support of ISCs submissions.

Key Duties:
- Retrieving and accurate scanning of requested warehouse documents.  (This will involve a significant amount of walking, reaching, and lifting boxes of documents off shelves, and working in a warehouse environment.)
- Reviewing, and processing of customer requests, including the processing of attached documentation.
- Entering, recording, and balancing of funds received, including deposits to accounts.    
- Indexing Applications paper documents for short term storage.

What you'll need:
- A recognized high school diploma at minimum or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, adjusting to priorities and demands.
- Ability to accurately reference, understand and apply policies, processes, and procedures.
- Knowledge of computer software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment.
- Knowledge of cash handling and basic accounting principles and procedures.
