Financial Services Representative

Were looking for an agile member-service ambassador to come on board as a temporary, part-time Financial Service Representative in Regina, working 20-30 hour per week! You will be the first point of contact for members and will provide them with everyday banking services and products to meet their immediate needs. This is a contract position to December 31, 2026.
How you'll be spending your time- Assisting members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more
- Proactively identifying and responding to members needs to empower members to achieve what matters to them
- Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications to help fill in any gaps on a day to day basis
- Uncovering opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships
- Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance within the industry Your experience:
High School Diploma
Experience in providing customer service
Experience in cash handling
