We are looking for a Registry Services Clerk to help grow our business and contribute to our future. The Registry Services Clerk is responsible for the processing and back-office support for ISC's submissions. Reporting to the Manager, Common Registry Services & Support, other highlights include:

• Retrieve and accurately scan requested warehouse documents, which involves substantial walking, reaching, and lifting boxes from shelves in a warehouse environment.
• Reviewing and processing customer requests, including the processing of attached documentation.
• Entering, recording, and balancing of funds received, including deposits to accounts.
• Indexing Applications' paper documents for short term storage.

What you'll need:

• A recognized high school diploma at minimum or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, adjusting to priorities and demands.
• Ability to accurately reference, understand and apply policies, processes, and procedures.
• Knowledge of computer software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment.
• Knowledge of cash handling and basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment, including periods of standing, frequent walking, and handling materials such as lifting and moving boxes.
