Mentoring Product Managers and refining product positioning will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and roadmap for the portfolio
- Determine investment priorities and strategic directions
- Drive customer discovery and validate market needs
- Develop compelling product narratives and propositions
- Mentor and guide Product Managers for growth
- 7+ years in Product Management roles
- 2+ years mentoring or managing Product Managers
- Strong experience with SaaS or multi-product platforms
- Familiarity with fintech and related domains
- Ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments
