  • Oversee script and flow configuration in CXone and Cognigy
  • Drive API integrations with major CRM systems
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in contact center solution design and implementation
  • 2+ years experience with Cognigy AI solutions
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture principles
  • Experience managing workstreams or engagements
  • Strong communication skills for client engagements
