CMHA BC Mental Health Operations Leader

Elevate mental health services as a Mental Health Operations Leader at CMHA BC in Vancouver. You will oversee clinic operations while ensuring exceptional client care and efficient administrative support. As the Operations Manager, you will steer daily clinic functions and lead the administrative team to align clinical services with best practices. A focus on client navigation and advocacy within the health system is paramount. Your leadership will drive improvements in EMR systems and quality initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight across mental health services
- Directly manage clinic staff and administrative support
- Ensure timely and coordinated client access to services
- Lead improvement of EMR systems and data quality
- Facilitate program integration and continuous quality improvement
- RSW, RCC, or equivalent qualified designation
- 5–7 years of leadership in clinical settings
- Experience with privacy legislation and operational management
- Proven skills in financial and resource management
- Master’s degree in a relevant clinical area
