Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver unique and memorable guest culinary experiences
  • Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Develop and execute operational and financial plans
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Requirements:
  • At least 8 years in food and beverage, 5 in a management role
  • Bachelor's degree or suitable experience
  • Proven financial management expertise
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
