Engineering Project Manager at Thermon

Drive impactful engineering initiatives with Thermon as an Engineering Project Manager. Bring your industrial project management expertise to oversee construction projects and ensure safety and efficiency. In this senior role, you will manage engineering and construction project aspects for Thermon's regional operations. Candidates should demonstrate strong project planning, cost control, and collaboration skills, with at least 7 years in industrial project environments, preferably within the oil and gas or chemical sectors. Key Responsibilities:
- Review construction estimates and contractual agreements
- Develop schedules for progress billings and invoicing
- Supervise installation and monitor job progress
- Manage project cost controls and budget reports
- Ensure a protected working environment for all personnel
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required
- 7+ years in manufacturing operations experience
- Experience in industrial construction project management
- Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and standards
- Willingness to travel 30% domestically
