Job Description
As a member of the C&CA team, the Sr. IVR Developer will develop and support DTMF and Voice BOTs to meet the overall goals of the business and program. This role is part of a large transformational program team enabling multiple lines of business across the enterprise. The position is central to delivering meaningful and personalized customer experiences in assisted service channels (IVR) and driving adoption of advanced capabilities.
This role includes both Development and Support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and support DTMF and Conversational IVR (Integrated Voice Response) BOTs
- Perform unit and component testing aligned with business needs and technology architecture standards
- Assist the Solution Architect, Application Owner, Development Manager, and Technical Delivery Lead with effort estimation for new projects and initiatives
- Identify and address issues affecting application integrity, including cross-capability and release issues
- Collaborate with design, business, and technology partners across technical planning, integration, systems analysis, design, development, testing, and support activities
- Create and maintain quality code ensuring defect-free programming aligned with standards
- Provide code maintenance and support during testing cycles and post-production deployment
- Participate in peer code reviews
- Continuously enhance technical expertise and stay updated with emerging technologies, business applications, infrastructure, analytical tools, and techniques
- Perform complex technical tasks independently and resolve multifaceted development-related issues
- Ensure designs leverage reusable components and align with business requirements
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate (Graduate Degree preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in DTMF IVR application development in CVP (Contact Center)
