Sr. Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager based in Canada.

This role will lead demand generation and lead acquisition initiatives designed to accelerate business growth and strengthen digital marketing performance.
You will develop and execute integrated campaigns across email, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO, and other digital channels.
A key focus will be optimizing ClickFunnels, sales funnels, backlink strategies, and digital experiences to generate high-quality leads.
You will use marketing analytics and performance data to evaluate campaigns, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, while also providing leadership across marketing projects and initiatives.
You will collaborate with sales, product, customer service, design, and development teams to ensure marketing efforts support broader business objectives.

• Lead the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across email marketing, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO, and other digital channels.
• Develop and execute SEO and backlink strategies designed to strengthen digital visibility, organic traffic, and lead generation.
• Conduct website and SEO audits, identify performance gaps, and coordinate corrective actions to maintain strong search performance.
• Develop, manage, and optimize ClickFunnels and sales funnels to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and aligned with performance objectives.
• Manage campaign budgets, monitor advertising spend and ROI, and recommend adjustments to improve marketing efficiency.
• Track key performance indicators including traffic, engagement, conversions, and lead generation, translating results into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, product, customer service, web development, and design teams to align marketing strategies with broader business goals.
• Work with designers and developers to improve website performance, user experience, conversion opportunities, and digital campaign execution.
• Coordinate marketing content creation and contribute to improvements in marketing processes, workflows, and channel performance.
• Lead and support marketing team members, providing direction, collaboration, and accountability across projects.
• Independently manage day-to-day marketing initiatives while partnering with senior leadership on strategic decisions and priorities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, project management, demand generation, or lead generation.
• Demonstrated experience managing marketing projects from conception through execution, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
• Experience managing or leading a marketing team, with strong leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities.
• Hands-on expertise with ClickFunnels and the ability to create, manage, and optimize sales funnels.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, backlink strategies, website optimization, and digital visibility.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics platforms.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms, social media management, email marketing, and broader digital marketing channels.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing performance data to make informed strategic decisions.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop new marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
• High level of ownership and independence, with the ability to manage responsibilities with limited supervision.
• Technical setup should include a dual-monitor computer with at least 8 GB of RAM, internet speed of at least 25 Mbps, and a camera with at least 1080p resolution.
