Accountant

About the Opportunity

· Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including coding, processing, matching, approvals, payments, and filing.

· Reconcile credit card transactions and ensure proper supporting documentation.

· Communicate with vendors and internal staff regarding invoices, documentation, and payment status.

· Support month-end accounting, job closing, costing, and reconciliations.

· Provide support for Accounts Receivable, including deposits, cash applications, and collections.

· Provide backup support for hourly payroll.

· Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as required.

About You

·3+ years of progressive accounting experience

· Strong full-cycle AP experience is essential

· CPA designation in progress

· Strong understanding of general accounting principles and reconciliations

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Highly organized and detail-oriented

· Comfortable working with both accounting teams and operational stakeholders

Salary Range

$55,000 - $65,000/year
