- Prepare legal correspondence and motion records
- Summarize medical and economic loss reports
- Maintain organized files and support lawyer’s calendar
- Manage communication with external parties and investigators
- Compile books of authorities and prepare briefs
- At least 3+ years of legal assistant experience
- Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and court forms
- Excellent technical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and team collaboration
