Experienced Wills & Estates Clerk Needed

Join a prominent law firm as a Wills & Estates Law Clerk in midtown Toronto. This role combines document drafting and client management in a supportive and dynamic environment. Our client, a full-service law firm, is looking for a qualified professional to enhance their Wills & Estates department. You will be drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents while managing probate applications. Collaborating closely with lawyers, your focus will be on maintaining a compassionate approach in sensitive situations, all while managing your workload effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft wills and powers of attorney using Estateably and Teraview
- Manage probate applications and estate administration tasks
- Maintain client communications with professionalism
- Balance multiple priorities with care and precision
- Collaborate closely with lawyers on sensitive matters
- Ontario Law Clerk program graduate (ILCO certified)
- 5+ years of experience in Wills and Estates
- Tech-savvy with software like Estateably and Teraview
- Empathetic and professional communicator
- Organized and proactive in a busy environment
