Hybrid Insurance Litigation Clerk - Trial Support

Aviva plc

Aviva Canada is seeking a skilled Litigation Clerk to support one lawyer in handling insurance defence (tort) litigation matters in our Ontario offices. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for mentorship, with day-to-day file management, document drafting, scheduling, and liaison duties.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of legal assistant or law clerk experience in insurance defence or personal injury, strong MS Word/Outlook skills, and solid knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules.
